SHIPPING:
Shipping
fees will automatically be charged at time of check-out. Items
purchased will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If a product is out
of stock, you will be contacted via e-mail.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates are determined by the carrier. You will be given the option to choose different shipping methods upon checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We
truly want you to be happy with your purchase and greatly value repeat
customers and referrals. If for some reason you are not satisfied with
your order, or need to make an exchange, please e-mail us at
generation.green@yahoo.com, at which time we will email you with a
Return Authorization Code. All
returns must have a Return Authorization Code. You will be refunded
for the amount of the item, but no shipping charges will be refunded.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Request
for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days. All products must
be in original, unused condition, including original packaging.
Generation
Green reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange, even if an RA#
was given, if the merchandise returned is not in it's original, unused
condition, including original packaging. No COD return shipments will
be accepted.
SALE MERCHANDISE
All purchases of sale merchandise are final.
We
